Where we ship from

We hold inventory in several regions, including China (including Hong Kong), the United States, Europe and Brazil. Each order is shipped from the most suitable location, based on the products ordered and the destination.

Order processing

Orders are usually dispatched within 7 days of being placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Destinations

We ship to many countries worldwide. The destinations and shipping options available for your order are shown at checkout.

Carriers

We use carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, YunExpress and other partners, depending on the destination and shipping location.

Delivery

Delivery times depend on the destination, carrier and customs processing, and are not guaranteed.

Shipping cost

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of the order. Heavy items, such as hydrogen machines, use a separate heavy-item shipping rate, which is also calculated at checkout.

Customs, duties and taxes

Most orders are shipped directly to your door and usually do not require any customs clearance or duty payment on your part.

In some cases, depending on the destination country and shipping route, customs may require your cooperation with clearance and may charge import duties or taxes. If this happens, we will actively assist you through the process. Any import duties or taxes charged by customs are the customer's responsibility.

Order tracking

You can follow your order with the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email, on our Track Your Order page or on the carrier's website.

Delayed or lost packages

If your tracking hasn't updated, please contact us at hello@biothm.com and we'll help.

Shipping address

Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot change the address after the order has shipped.
