If you experience any issues, please contact us within the guaranteed period and we will be happy to assist you.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The request is submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The product is in its original condition, unused, and with all accessories included.

  • The product is returned in its original packaging or an equivalent protective package.

Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or show signs of wear

  • Consumable items (gel pads, electrodes, filters, liquids, test reagents, etc.)

  • Personal-use items that cannot be restocked once opened

If the product is defective or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately — we will offer a replacement or an appropriate solution.

2. Return Process

Please include your order number, product name, and photos/videos of the issue (if applicable).
Our team will confirm whether the item qualifies for return and provide the return address and instructions.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • For non-defective items returned by customer choice, return shipping cost is borne by the customer.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos.
We will arrange a free replacement or offer another appropriate solution.

5. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
